Meredith's job shadow day

Meredith from Arcola Middle School came in today to shadow a photographer (me!). So we had to take some photos of her to give her the real experience.

LiveConnections.org

Truly inspiring morning of fun with the kids and the artists.  I watched the kids soak up the knowledge and excitement to see Bach be transformed into hip hop by talent and technology. Live Connections.org at the World Cafe Live

Emma's Room

This is one lucky girl.  Emma's room is a little girl's dream.  Bright colors and cool decorating. Part of the decorating are Canvas Wraps.  Thats right, no frames just borders painted by Mike (Emma's dad) and the canvas is wrapped around a special wood stand out.  One large one in the center flanked by two smaller black and whites, all from a fun session at the beach.

New man on the block

Our new talent, Alex came in for his updated head shots and such.  No doubt this guy has a great look for today's modeling.

Snow delay well worth the wait

Perfect timing for Harry the snow board king! The Blizzard of '09 and his Bar Mitzvah were on the same day. Although the actual ceremony did happen as planned, the party was graciously  postponed until the next day. It took a team of  true event professionals, Lauren from The Ritz Philadelphia, Leila and Kendall from Eclatante Design, Donna from Beautiful Blooms, and many more to do whatever necessary to make sure Harry and his family had a perfect day. I'm sure this amazing event will be remembered with a chuckle by the Gergel family, and never forgotten by the vendors who helped to make it happen.

First Snowfall Senior

Christina was in on Saturday, for her Baldwin official senior portrait . When she walked through the door she asked, can we go outside? My normal answer in December is, well it's not very pretty.  This day was different, it was the first snowfall of the season and we had to capture it! Thanks to Christina the portraits look great and the hair stayed in place!
